What will you find here? To be honest, I’m not sure … bad English, bad grammar, poor spelling… The list is endless.

I have a neurological condition called dystonia. This affects how my muscles work. If you want to find out more go to the lovely people at the Dystonia Society (dystonia.org.uk). Yes, shameless plug for them as they do great work to support people like me.

This blog will attempt to chart the highs and lows of living with this condition.

        as usual like you this is all new to me and i am unable to do the simpliest of things
